Location:
The pelvic floor muscles are located between the tailbone (coccyx) and the pubic bone within the pelvis.
Pelvic floor muscles are also known as "Kegel muscles".
Role:
they work with your deep abdominal (tummy) and deep back muscles and diaphragm to stabilize and support your spine.
